What is LEAP?

LEAP is Saudi Arabia's large technology exhibition, run with Tahaluf and Informa Markets. The 2027 dates on the official exhibit page are 12 to 15 April at RECC Malham. It is a multi-hall show aimed at buyers, government and startups under Vision 2030, not a two-day founder conference. GITEX in December is the other large regional tech floor. Money20/20 Middle East in September is the fintech one.

Who goes to LEAP?

Enterprises, government buyers, regional founders and the vendors selling cloud, cyber, fintech and govtech into the Kingdom. If you need a small investor-heavy room, SuperReturn Saudi in January is closer to that. If you need a hall, this is the hall.

LEAP side events

LEAP's own site carries startup and scaleup programmes. Search LEAP Riyadh side event and you will find ministry receptions and vendor nights that are not on that list. There is no single public sheet. Aspire does not run those nights.

LEAP tickets and costs

Exhibitor enquiries go through onegiantleap.com. Visitor registration typically opens later than exhibit sales, so watch the official site rather than a reseller. RECC Malham is north of the city, not a downtown hall. Budget the transfer. April in Riyadh is already hot. Confirm visa rules for your passport. Dubai rules do not apply.

Getting to Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center, Malham

RECC Malham sits north of Riyadh. King Khalid International is the airport. The transfer to Malham is longer than a downtown hotel run. Use the official shuttle if one is published, or stay on that side of the city.

Where to stay for LEAP

The official hotel block, or a property near RECC Malham. A Kingdom Centre hotel looks central and is the wrong direction. Four days of that transfer is the show.

What to know before booking LEAP

Malham is not central Riyadh. A hotel chosen from a downtown map will cost you an hour each way. Book the official block or stay near the exhibition centre. TOKEN2049 Dubai in April 2027 is a different city and a different week. Check both before you try to do the Gulf in one trip.
