F1 Las Vegas by the numbers
Every figure links to where it came from. Attendance for an event that has not happened is a projection, and each row says so rather than presenting it as a count.

What is F1 Las Vegas?
The Las Vegas Grand Prix is round 21 of the 2026 Formula 1 season, run at night on a street circuit along the Strip from 19 to 21 November. It is in this directory for a specific reason: alongside Miami and Abu Dhabi it has become a corporate hospitality and sponsorship week rather than only a race, and a significant amount of business gets done in Las Vegas that weekend by people who never watch a lap.
Who goes to F1 Las Vegas?
Team sponsors and their guests, brand and agency hospitality, and the corporate entertainment market that Las Vegas serves better than anywhere else on the calendar, alongside the racing audience. Formula 1's Paddock Club and team hospitality programmes are the commercial product here, and they are bought by companies rather than by fans.
F1 Las Vegas side events
The week is effectively a private hospitality circuit. Teams, sponsors and brands run their own suites, dinners and activations across the Strip properties, almost all invitation-only and none on any public schedule. For the corporate audience this is the actual event. Aspire does not run any of it and has no hospitality to sell.
F1 Las Vegas tickets and costs
Tickets are sold through Formula 1's official ticketing site. No price is quoted on this page because none was confirmed against an official page. Understand what you are buying: a grandstand seat, a hospitality package and a Paddock Club place are very different products at very different prices. The circuit closes public roads on the Strip, so hotel access and transfer times change materially during the event.

Getting to Las Vegas Strip Circuit
Harry Reid International is close to the Strip in normal conditions, but road closures for the circuit change routes and timings substantially across the race weekend. Check which roads are closed before booking transfers, and expect the monorail and walking to beat cars near the circuit.
Where to stay for F1 Las Vegas
Strip properties inside or adjacent to the circuit footprint carry a large premium during the race and some sell hospitality packages bundled with rooms. Off-Strip is cheaper but the road closures make the commute worse than usual. This is one of the few events in this directory where the venue physically surrounds the hotels.
What to know before booking F1 Las Vegas
If your reason for being there is commercial rather than sporting, the race itself is close to incidental, and the hospitality package determines whether the trip works. Note the season position too: this is the first leg of a triple header, so teams and sponsors are travelling on to Qatar and Abu Dhabi immediately afterwards, which compresses the schedule for anyone trying to book meetings.
F1 Las Vegas: common questions
When is the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026?
19 to 21 November 2026 on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit. It is round 21 of the 23-round championship and runs at night on public roads that close for the event, according to the official Formula 1 2026 calendar.
How much are Las Vegas Grand Prix tickets?
No price is quoted here because none was confirmed against an official Formula 1 page for this entry. Tickets are sold through ticketing.formula1.com, and grandstand seats, hospitality packages and Paddock Club places are separate products at very different prices.
Why is a Grand Prix in a conference directory?
Because Las Vegas, Miami and Abu Dhabi function as corporate hospitality and sponsorship weeks as much as races. A large share of attendance is bought by companies entertaining clients, which puts them in the same category as the business events listed here.
Who organises the Las Vegas Grand Prix?
Formula 1, which promotes the Las Vegas race directly rather than through an independent local promoter. Aspire has no role in organising it and sells no hospitality for it. Note that Heineken is a title sponsor, not the organiser.
What else is happening around the race?
The week runs as a largely private hospitality circuit of team and sponsor suites, dinners and brand activations across the Strip, almost all invitation-only. None of it appears on a public schedule, and for the corporate audience it is the real reason to attend.
How does it fit the rest of the 2026 season?
It opens a season-closing triple header: Las Vegas on 19 to 21 November, Qatar on 27 to 29 November, then the Abu Dhabi finale on 4 to 6 December. Teams and sponsors travel straight on, which compresses everyone's availability for meetings.
